At UrbanForge, every product is made to order especially for you. Because of the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (if replacement is not possible)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations caused by screen settings

  • Minor variations in print placement

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
